Made from 100% pure Australian honey, with nothing added – just a special technique. Starting with Sunny Times raw honey, naturally crystallised honey is blended in (much like a sourdough starter), then spun in a honey creamer, cooled, and gently stirred over three days. This process breaks down large crystals, creating an airy, silky smooth texture with a delicate flavour.
Because no heat or chemical processing is used, all the natural enzymes, pollen, and propolis found in raw honey are retained. The result is a luxuriously creamy, buttery consistency that’s easy to spread, mess-free, and perfect for kids.
