I love pavlova and sweet pies and, of course, I love chocolate. I had a dream of a dessert that encompassed all three and when we actually made it....OMG! Sensational. Caramel chocolate shell, Biscuit base, mini marshmallows, assorted freeze dried fruit salad including strawberries, bananas, and raspberries, filled with white chocolate and topped with crumbed freeze dried raspberries. This one must be on your bucket list.
